Happy New Year 2025!!

Okay, so here we are again . . . another brand-new year upon us, full of endless possibilities! Why not start your 2025 off on the right foot by making a few New Year’s Resolutions that will actually be good for you?! And, don’t forget to include some things that will help others and make their lives just a little bit better! So, think positive thoughts, be happy, laugh, and smile a whole lot in 2025!   • Invest in yourself by furthering your education, either online, through a self-study course, or in person at a college, trade school, or university.
  • Learn a new skill for your job, a future job, or just because you want to expand your skills.
  • Adopt a pet to love and take care of. The love you show to a pet is sure to boomerang back to you!
  • Commit to feeding your body more nutritious foods. And, no french fries do not count!
  • Pray to God every single day. You decide how often and when during the day but make it a part of your daily routine.
  • Give to others of your time, money, and talents. They’ll be better off, and you’ll feel good about it.
  • Do something nice for someone every single day. It could be as small as a smile, but even that can make a difference!
  • Find time to unwind at the end of each day: read a book, watch television, take a nap, call a friend, play with your pet, or about a million other things!
  • Join a gym and create a workout schedule that works for you.
  • Create an emergency fund for those unexpected expenses.
  • Cook dinner for a few friends periodically. The good food and pleasant conversation are sure to be a fun time for everyone!
  • Make sure to get a good night’s sleep — every night! Invest in a new mattress, sheets, blankets, pillows, or a mattress topper if you need any or all of them to insure you get your needed rest!
